Tampa hotel with cruise port view?

Are there any hotels in Tampa to view the port of Tampa from? We love to get up early and see our ship in port, so exciting!

Embassy Suites would have a view, depending on your room location. Request a view of the channel.

The cruise terminals are about 1/2 to 3/4 mile from the convention center so a hotel close to the convention center is a possibility ... but will depend on what side your room is on ....

close to the convention center are

Tampa Marriott Waterside most room view is north or south .... port is east ....

Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown ... you need east view and high enuf to see over Amalie Arena

Hilton Downtown is a lil further but if your room is high enuf, and on the east side ....
