boscobeans Posted November 21, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 21, 2017 We haven't cruised from the NYC port in several long years and wonder if there is any downside to dropping our luggage off at the DROP OFF lane and then circling around and driving up to the PARKING area?? Our ship is the only one in port that day. Granted we understand we will have to exit, drive around and re-enter the port. I just want to avoid dragging our two main suitcases through the parking lot and elevators down to the terminal. This way all we will have is our smaller roll ons.. Thanks bosco
njhorseman Posted November 21, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 21, 2017 The only downside is the additional time it will take you to exit the cruise terminal, drive back north on 12th Ave., and reenter the cruise terminal at 55th St., but as you said, you understand that. There's no reason you can't do what you're describing.
