Wondering if anyone has any input on eating gluten free on AOS..

This is my first cruise having celiac, as well as my 10 year old son. I have read that it is best to eat in the dining room, but I'm wondering about shore excursions - do they have a gf boxed lunch you can buy? What about the buffet - is it a cross contamination nightmare??

RCCL is already aware of our food needs.

Thanks!

Just off Adventure and took note of this onboard since we will be sailing with someone who has these needs in 2017 and was amazed at the options and how it's handled in the dining room...also the WJ mgr. will offer help with the buffet.
