Do HSC and beverage service charge count toward onboard spend?

Does the HSC and beverage service charge count toward your onboard spend? I should know this, but I never actually paid attention.

Not that it's going to speed us on our way to 5*. But I was curious.

Yes, as well as pre cruise purchased excursions.

If someone sends you a gift through HAL (flowers, wine, OBC, etc, the value of that gift is credited to your Mariner account for that numbef of days.
