I redeemed points for $350 OBC and tried to apply them. Because I am booked in a group they do not allow me to use them. Same as being a shareholder.....so so so many stipulations! Bummed but it is what it is!

It's a gimmick, of course there are restrictions

Did you ask your Travel Agent to try to get them applied? Others have reported being successful doing that. Good Luck!

I d/l it thru Facebook on my computer then on my iPad but they don't match up.

There are 2 different types of coupons. You can only use the mobile ones on a mobile device. Also, if you leave it too long, they can expire. Keep trying with any new ones you receive.

Yes they tried first and told me the same thing. I thought contacting them through CA might help if I did it directly....no luck! But that's ok. Got a great price on the trip anyway! :)

Since you were not able to apply the "coupon" is there a way to get the gold coins back on your account so you can redeem later? Or once redeemed you run the risk???

I've been playing MyVegas since the game first came out a few years ago and the additional platforms as they add them. I've gotten tons of free stuff in Vegas, and will be sailing on the MyVegas cruise on Sept 3 on the Liberty of the Seas. We got the free room but paid to upgrade to a better room.

Yes you get free points to play with everyday, but I've also bought a lot of chips over the years (don't ask me how much, I'm afraid to think about it lol) and that's what really moves you up. And some people even get a MyVegas host that can help them get free stuff in Vegas not listed in the rewards. The newer version of MyVegas has all new requirements to rate a host, and I don't think it will be as easy as before. I know I have cut way back. I love the PopSlots games, but damn they're ruthless! Huge periods of no bonus rounds, or you just miss it. And the number of gold coins you get vs. the MyVegas platform just aren't even comparable.

The games, points, and rewards were much better at the start years ago. Less bogo, and more straight up free ones. I have trouble now even coming up with things to spend my gold coins on.

Your gold coins for spending on rewards are combined on all the platforms. You should show the same total in all games. Only your playing coins are not. Make sure you're signed in with your Facebook account so the game coin totals get linked up. Link to your MLife card too.

Mlife card ??

It's the player reward card for MGM properties, which is where most if the MyVegas rewards are used. If you don't play in Vegas, I think MGM also has properties in Detroit, Biloxi, and maybe others.

I believe you have to have one to redeem at a MGM property. You can sign up for one online here: https://www.mgmresorts.com/en/sign-up.html

MGM also has (or had) a partnership with RC, I get a free cruise every year based on my card level.

If you play on all platforms, you can probably accumulate 20K or more (depending on how much you play) every month. I redeemed for my cruise in June and am already up 25K but I don't play a lot any more. However, if you play a lot you will be able to earn a lot more. The rewards for Vegas aren't as good as when the apps first started, but you can still get free rooms, discounts, shows, some meals and lots of BOGOs. The best thing is you don't have to buy chips to earn the Loyalty points (I do, but it's cheaper to buy a few chips than spend hundreds to go to my local casino, lol)....

Been playing MyVegas 3 1/2 years. Took me about 7 months of endless playing to get 1 million gold....that was back then when it was a lot easier to progress thru challanges and get lots of free gold coins. Been to Vegas 7 times using the rewards and took my first MyVegas cruise this past May. Taking my 2nd MyVegas cruise in 11 days. Its no scam but be aware its not all its cracked up to be. They only offer a limited amount of each reward each day for all the millions of players to fight for. They are only available once a day and its totally random you literally have to spend all day STALKING the popular rewards to try and get them. Sometimes there are 10 available sometimes only a few. When I stalked my 2 cruises they were only loading 2 a day so do the math and understand how extremely lucky you have to be to get one. They also come and go and are not offered all the time so unless you can take time off at random times these cruise rewards wont work for you. I have many friends who tried stalking these cruises day after day to only come out empty handed since there were only 2 available a day.

Very easy! I went online and purchased the voucher. I called my contact at Royal and gave her the voucher #. She called Casino Royale while I was on the phone with her and they applied the credit.

.

I'm going to give it a try today. I booked on Friday through my RCL CVP and got my redemption last night.

Did your Royal contact have the phone number for Casino Royal? I could not find a phone number anywhere.

I've seen this posted for Club Royale: 888-859-0015.
