Best QM2 Cocktail Bars

I'm looking forward to my crossing on the QM2. I've been doing my research on various aspects of the ship. One that is less than amazing are the bars. The art direction looks lovely but the bar list I was able to see looks fairly pedestrian much like a hotel bar. I had hoped that at least one had mixologists creating craft cocktails. Do all the bars have the same stock? Are they all created equal or is there one that reaches higher than Hilton?

Cocktails on the QM2 were very disappointing. They're about like average USA hotel bar quality. They only have Cinzano vermouth...which is cheapest on the planet. Mixing good booze with cheap mixers is lame. Some of the bartenders only knew how to make drinks listed in the menu although a few had better experience. To be fair, they were all kind and courteous. There's better cocktails on the original QM in Long Beach...which is sad. The QM2 on the other hand is amazing.
