Family Friendly

My family (6 adults, a 14, 12,11, 5, and 2) is looking for something to do in Progresso that would be family friendly. We aren't interested in going to the ruins. Are there any all-inclusive resorts close to the port? Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do there?

Thanks!

Take an Autoprogreso tour to the Technotel beach resort. Not far from port, and has the all inclusive day you’re looking for. Fairly cheap to do, also. And you won’t have to worry about returning to ship late because Autoprogreso is the company that shuttles the passengers from the port to town for free, and that’s who will bring you back to the ship at the end .
