taxi price Fort Lauderdale Harmony of the sea.

Hi all. Can anyone tell me what a taxi cost from FLL to the Harmony of the sea ( I believe its Port Everglade).

And does anyone know if the taxi can handle a family of 4 with probably 5 bags?

The two of us paid $14 plus tip from FLL to Port Everglades. It is very close. I cannot picture 4 people and 5 suitcases in 1 taxi.....You may need two. There are also Shuttles lined up outside the airport, to take pax to the cruise port. If I remember correctly, it was $8pp...so more expensive, but about the same total if you require 2 cabs. You have the option of Uber or Lyft also. (cheaper) and they also have large SUV'S, that would accommodate your family. Many options. If you go to Uber or Lyft website, they have a feature for an "estimate" of total cost. They do not charge per person.

When you exit the terminal, just go to the taxi stand. They will get you a van taxi. Super easy.

These taxis will be on the meter.

There will be lots of people trying to get you to take their 'taxi'. They will usually have a fixed price. Don't use them.

They are jumping the line and not waiting their turn.
