Tours in Ho Chi Minh city

I just got back from a fabulous 19 day cruise with 2 days in Ho Chi Minh City.

We used Xuan http://www.tourwithxuan.com/ and had the best 2 days we could have asked for. Day 1 we went to explore a tiny sliver of the Mekong River, with visits to a brick factory, coconut factory, markets, mat demonstration with delicious fruit tasting, lunch plus the boat rides on the river and a tuk tuk ride.

Day 2 was exploring the city but from a locals point of view. Plus the rickshaw ride through the crazy city of 8 million motorbikes could not be beat! The only time we saw others from the ship was when we hit the big markets and war museum.

I won’t lie, we were exhausted after 2 days but loved every minute of it. He likes small groups so 8 max but for us it was just our family of 4. Even better a couple of days after our tour he emailed a link with all the photos he took of us, always handy to have a photographer so everyone gets in the picture!

Three big pluses for me was my two daughters (9&12) enjoyed it, the free wifi in the van allowed them to email their school which was great. Second was I have a fatal seafood allergy and at every food stop he had pre arranged for this if need be. Finally, any emails I sent were answered within 12 hours! Great customer service!

Would I book again, most definitely!
