Dining Options on Voyager class ships

We usually choose either early or late traditional dining, but there seems to be MTD dining also offered, and I also see MTD early or MTD late. Can someone explain what the different MTD dining is about?

You can show up and wait for a table at any time. However, they encourage early and later seating to help balance the flow. But mytime means anytime. Enjoy
