Freedom BOGO Dining Question

Hi,

I have purchased this for our Jan 6th cruise on Freedom for the 6 of us. I am really hoping for Giovanni's and Chops. I am not really interested in Sabors. I am wondering if they try to include Sabor's as one of the 2 since it's less expensive.

If that is the restaurant selected for 1st night what is the chance we can switch to either Chop's or Giovanni's at a reasonable time?

Does anyone have positive feedback on Sabors?

All you can do is go to a specialty restaurant as soon as you board and try to change if necessary. Since Sabor is $19pp now, it seems a waste to use it on one of the BOGO choices.
