Have there been any recent updates/additions to this ship? Anything planned in the near future. When looking at deck plans, there are 2 sets of dates so I was wondering what they were for.

If the second set of deck plans starts in May 2018, that's because the stateroom categories are changing.

I believe that is the indicated change date. So its just a name change or did they actually make changes to the staterooms?

I was on the Freedom back in March and they had an area in the back of the ship by the sports deck that they were refurbishing during the cruise. Not sure what it was or how much had changed. In 2015 they added more rooms up on the 14th floor above the pool deck. And then changing categories for all rooms. That's all I am aware of. I'd assume a drydock isn't planned anytime soon as she just came out of drydock in 2015.
