Allure- Solarium Bistro fee?

Is the Solarium Bistro on Allure included or is there an additional fee? It seems like experience here is that it is included. Royal’s website appears to say otherwise- not just once, but twice. Is this a change or is the website just wrong?

To avoid obvious confusion, I am aware of the Samba Grill for dinner, and that there is a $30 fee associated.

No fee to use Solarium restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Was just on Allure week of Oct 1-8

No fee for breakfast or lunch in feb

There has never been a fee for breakfast or lunch in the solarium.

Thanks all. This is only my second RC sailing, out of 9 cruises. I’m quickly learning from this board that when it doubt it is probably an IT issue.
