Empress Deck 7 Ocean View Rooms--obstructed?

We are looking at booking a cabin on Deck 7 of Empress. I can't tell for sure but it looks like many of the ocean view rooms look out on a running track/deck, so people could see in our room if the drapes are open. Does anyone have any experience with this?

The outside walking area is on deck 6 with the casino and shops. Deck 7's windows will be mostly blocked by the lifeboats. It could be possible that if you are standing right at your window that someone below would see you, but I doubt they would be able to see into the room more than one to two feet of the ceiling.

I too thought Deck 7 might be the walking track? Just got off the phone with RCL and they insisted the walking deck is on deck 10 for Empress. Tried arguing with them that this couldn't be possible, but they insisted this was the case. I believe these boards before I do RCL which is sad.

Anyone else have input on Deck 7 cabins with obstructed views?
