We were just there on the Explorer and found that most of the local people were displaying jewelry and paintings - although they all looked about the same from stall to stall - nothing very fancy or unique.

I bought a large larimar and silver heart charm for $12.00 and earrings for $8.00 May 18th, 2009 07:53 AM

 

Awesome prices! Was that near the pier? We are going to Las Terrenas that day. There is supposed to be alot of shopping there. I am interested as to where the best deals are.
