Where should my friend meet us off the ship at Buenos Aires?

As we have a full day and a night at Buenos Aires before disembarking, a friend is coming to meet us to show us the city.

Can anybody familiar with the cruise dock tell me where he should go to meet us from the ship?

The terminal is a zoo. Hop in a metered taxi and go to the nearby Sheraton Hotel in Retiro. Meet at the bar. Caveat: the taxis that work the cruise terminal are a gang of thieves who always try to overcharge by using fixed fees. Don't accept that. Inasmuch as you won't have bags, just cross the street, walk down a bit either way and hail a street cab. Tipping is neither required nor expected. Should not cost more than the equivalent of $5-7.

I would be curious to know this also, arriving on Celebrity Infinity January 20, 2018.

In the end we arranged to meet at the Hilton. Some taxi drivers were only interested in people looking to do a tour. I'm English/Spanish bilingual and ended up with 2 drivers both wanting to take us to the Hilton for US$10.
