Do you mean 31 October 2019? If so the roll call is started under Southampton to Singapore. We are on the Southampton to Rome portion.

The cruise starts from Southampton to Rome, Dubai and Singapore on Oct. 21 2018. The next segment is Oct 31 2018 from Rome to Singapore.
