Cuba Tour Meeting Requirements

We booked after and used Blexie. We checked “ supporting Cuban peope” and also what Oceania suggested, oeople-to-people.

Blexie tour was great and complaint. Ifonically, ship tours arenot.

Can we select both #1 People to people and #8 Support For The Cuban People? I am really confused on which to select. We are booked on Blexie Cuba tour... Thanks for your help.

Yes.

I was on a HAL cruise last week and checked "support for the Cuban people" only and no questions asked and no problem at all doing whatever we wanted. We too used Blexie as our tour guide and so glad we did. Fantastic! Enjoy Cuba, we are now planning on going back sometime next year.

So you selected both on the travel affidavit?

When I went, in Dec. 2017, my cruiseline (Oceania) had me sign the affidavit at check in. They had highlighted 3 categories for me to check:

People-to-people: on own

People-to-people: private tour

People-to-people: ship tour

Since I was going to do all 3, I checked them all. No one ever sees this affidavit nor cares what you do in Cuba. Have fun!! :D

P.S. Posters are now saying that you should sign Support for Cuban People, but when I went it was People-to-People.
