CoCo Cay

We will be stopping at CoCo Cay on our TA in November.

We aren't really beach people, so we usually let all the beach people get off the ship first and we go a bit later, just to lounge around.

My question is, if we go later, as I said, after the initial crowd, is it hard to find beach chairs, or any spot in the shade?

Are there other areas on the island that may be less crowded, as we don't care about how the snorkeling is, but just to sit in the shade of some palm tree and chill out? (We aren't doing cabanas, just want a palm tree with some shade)

I ask, because on the NCL Island, most people go to the main part, but there is a sort of tram that takes you to a different part of the island where there are hardly any people and there are lounges a plenty all over the place. Is there something like that on CoCo Cay?

Cheers

Len

There are plenty of loungers...no worries! The 1st beach area will always be the most crowded, so walk past that...you will find empty chairs...and you can move them, you know, if they aren't exactly where you want them!

Coco Cay isn't very large, so walking is pretty fast and easy.
