Been on many carnival cruises, but not on the Miracle. The whole family is going in Nov. Can some one please tell me what the dining options/venues are. Do they have a Guy's? Blue Iguana? Also any insight into the onboard experience would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The dining options are a bit lacking for being recently dry docked. No Blue Iguana or Guy's, unfortunately. It's the same grills that rotate what they serve throughout the cruise, MDR, pizza pirate, and some little stuff here and there. Carnival does have a section that shows what is on each ship. Here's the Miracle: http://www.carnival.com/cruise-food/?shipCode=MI

We had a very nice dinner and fabulous service at Nick and Nora's Steakhouse on the Miracle in May. Also, loved every bite we sampled at the Taste Bar and Brunch at Sea was also a nice change. Missing thise huevos rancheros and a yummy coffee flavored muffin.

Steakhouse is good. The food was not upgraded at all we were on her in Jan and then June. The pizza is excellent, we only ate at the buffet a couple of times and resorted to room service for lunches on port days. Love the layout of her.

  • 4 weeks later...

The Lido deck has a great deli, Chop Sticks (Asian) and a hot dog/burger bar. All of these are great in our opinion and the pizza is fresh baked and just wonderful. Also there are great desserts and ice cream.

On deck two forward of the casino is a bakery/coffee shop with lots of goodies.

We love the Miracle---Enjoy!

SadieN, just wondering where you got your information regarding your statement that the Miracle is no longer getting the American Table? We will be sailing on the Miracle in March, 2016 and that would be very good news! Thanks!

It was on John Heald's Facebook Page and buried in some other threads. It seems the menu is on hold. We've enjoyed it on the Imagination and Inspiration. It's been interesting watching it evolve. We've had the menu about 6 times, including the second week it was on the Inspiration.

Thank you SadieN for your information. I have always enjoyed the original MDR menus complete with table clothes. I read the American Table menus and they don't "shout" out to me at all. I'm not one who cares what people wear...but for some reason, going into the MDR with the table clothes just always seems special to me. I hope this means that Carnival is rethinking the new menus and possibly doing some tweaking on it.

It's strange because I've had American table on Imagination and Breeze. The exact same dishes on the Breeze were nowhere near as good as they were on the Imagination. I don't know if it's a volume thing or what.

Miracle is no longer getting the American Table.

The steakhouse menu is the same across the fleet.

I don't know what the steakhouse menu is on any of the Carnival ships, so not sure what you mean that they are all the same. Does anyone know or have a picture of the menu for them? I'd be most grateful......
