I seem to remember that only having 2 options, without a mention of tiers. Are there are other hidden options?

The only option that I know about was pressing 9 for the D+ "desk". From what I've read here, the same people pick up the phone and the only difference is that they answer "Diamond Plus".

Perhaps if Patti sees this, she can enlighten us.
