Sunscape Splash, Montego Bay

Has anyone been here recently, and if so what did you think. We will be there in December and just not sure what to do. This resort seems to have it all: Freshwater pool, beach, lazy river, slides, ... Just haven't seen any recent reviews.

We were just there a week ago. This was our second time and we love it there. Very safe and tons of fun. Will probably be back in September. You can't go wrong with this place.

I'll tell you whats bothering me. I've done many of these non ship excursions over the years, and I think this is the first time I'm being asked to pay in full up front. I've asked for the cancellation policy on 3 different occasions, and have never been given a answer. It just seems a bit shady???

It's great to hear from people like you who have actually been there, eases my mind a bit, but still? We are a group of 12, and have decided that this resort works the best for our needs. We really have no intention of not going, but with this many people, who knows what will happen between now and then. Investing over $900 without a clear understanding of if we might be able to recover some (or all) of our money if something happens has me concerned!!

Do you have a feel for the urgency in booking this now? We will be the only ship (Carnival Dream) in Montego Bay that day. Is there a need for me to rush out and book this, or do you feel like I can wait till a few weeks out??

Bill, I know you posted this awhile ago, but there are some more recent reviews on their resort for a day page. Now that I've seen this, I'm trying to decide between going there and a catamaran sail/snorkel!
