Fantasy Rooms at the back

We are looking at booking the Fantasy for January and are considering OV rooms facing the back of the ship (M265 & M267). Anyone ever stay in rooms facing the back of the ship (verses on the sides)?

We really like the aft facing rooms. Makes no difference which hallway you go down to get to your cabin ;). The cabins on Empress are slightly larger and we rarely hear anything from the above MDR.

Thank you so much for your response. There are actually a couple of aft rooms available on the Empress deck as well but I was concerned about the noise.

We have one of these rooms booked on Ecstasy for January on Main Deck. I think #282. It is right in the center of the back. I could not find any room pics on the internet.

I'm also interested in any information anyone has about these aft cabins. Thank You.

I think the rooms right in the middle are a little bigger then the ones on each end. I couldn't find any pictures either.

We were on Empress aft in August and I found our room to be very quiet. Going into it I was a bit afraid of seasickness being that far back, and we were on board during some of Hurricane Irma, but none of us were bothered by extra movement at all.

Yes, stayed in aft ocean view on the elation. I'll find a pic and come back. It's fantasy class, so it should be similar

I tend to stay away from the Forward and Aft sections of a Fantasy class ship during those months . Winter time weather can bring new meaning to Rock and Roll.:D

It's not a very big space, but at least a child could. The ocean view windows on the Holiday class ships were like that too.

We were in M265 last April...Loved it until sludge water coming from the shower drain forced us to sleep in a public area the last night of the cruise...

We stayed in one of the aft facing ov rooms on the fantasy last October. We lived the room so much. Awesome views of the wake and easy to find your room if you've had a few too many drinks. It was very quiet back there except for one morning when the ship was backing up. The whole room shock and vibrated an insane amount for about 15 minutes. It was quite entertaining. I would book an art ov over a side facing ov for sure.
