Cheers with medical condition

If a person has a medical condition that says he or she can't drink alcohol, does he or she have to buy cheers if someone else in the cabin has it?

From everything I've heard, yes they do. For example, pregnant passengers do not get an exemption.

No exceptions for any reason for anyone 21 and older in the same cabin.

Yes, everyone of Carnival's drinking age in the same cabin has to purchase Cheers if one person in the cabin wants to purchase it. Carnival does not make exceptions to this rule for any reason.
