Any advice on setting up a meeting of veterans on a celebrity Equinox cruise. Do you do before the cruise or after you are on board? Will they post it in the daily bulletin ?
Any advice will be a help.

I have attended quite a few organized meetings of military Veterans on Celebrity... some as small as 15, some as large as 100 or more.

Most recently, a fellow Vet organized a meeting during our Silhouette transatlantic in April. It was held on the anniversary of the Doolittle Raid.

I believe the meeting was arranged through the Event Coordinator (just below the Cruise Director) who provided Cellar Masters as the venue... a VERY nice space. There were only about 25 people there as it wasn't that well publicized.

I think the ships' staff WILL help, but YOU have to contact them...early in the cruise... with a plan.
