Super Family Cabin - Guarantee

We have a Super Family Cabin Guarantee booked on Seaside. I know website says rooms will be assigned prior to 14 days before sailing, but I am wondering if anyone has booked these and when their cabin was assigned.

I have booked the Super Family Plus cabin (originally booked 05/16/2016) for April 2017 Sail. As of today 11/15/2017 we are still waiting for a cabin assignment. No one at MSC or my Travel agent can tell us when it will be assigned its very frustrating! We have been given every possible excuse to why they have not assigned. The latest is they are too busy with the hurricane issues.
