Recommended Posts

off on our first cruise in 4 weeks .... on the Thomson / Marella Dream

just wondering if people really do dress up for the formal dinner evening .... I plan to take my Scottish highland outfit but won't bother if nobody bothers anymore !

There are usually one or two kilts. Saw a couple two weeks ago, also lots of dinner jackets, some dark suits, lots, like my hubby, in smart shirt and tie. The kilts do look lovely though![emoji4]

Hi,

We haven't been back that long from our first cruise, and it was on the Dream. We made an effort to scrub up well and thoroughly enjoyed it. On formal night, it was a lovely atmosphere and lots of people in their best outfits. I hope you enjoy your cruise as much as we did, and enjoy wearing your Highland outfit.

Hi can anyone advise if there will be a captains night on Nov 13th cruise on Dream malaga Tenerife

Thanks

normally it is on the "day at sea" - and on this re-positioning cruise there is a sea day between Cadiz and Lanzarote - so I would say there is a good chance
