Windstar and the 120 policy.

I am booked on a B2B for July 2018, and 5 days within the 120 new price assurance policy.

Windstar today dropped the price of our first week to a much lower fare than we booked it at.

I just got off the phone with them and they honored the new listed price! The twist was they had to cancel my existing reservation to get me the new rate- which is $1900 LOWER!

Great customer service!

Yeah we are cruising with two other couples- one of them (not alumni) got $1000 off the B2B and the other couple (doing only one cruise) only got $150 ship board credit!

So its not very consistent.

I was very lucky!

You were lucky. I just did final payment for a June 13 cruise last Friday--fares are $700 per person lower today and they would not make any concessions at all.

Have sailed with Windstar 10 times before......very sad!

Same experience. June 12 no concessions. 17 cruises.
