MSC cancellation policy

I have read the cancellation policy, but it doesn't state that you can cancel before the 90 day window with no penalty. I suppose it is implied as you lose your deposit at day 89 before the cruise.

I'm sure that is how it's to be interpreted. At 89 days you start to pay a penalty. Before that, no penalty.

For US bookings with less than 15 night itinerary you would lose your deposit beginning at day 89 and 50% beginning at day 60, etc.... Otherwise before day 89 you get 100% back.
