Vision OTS to join Freedom OTS in San Juan 2020? (And Freedom's dry dock date?)

While snooping around here and there I came across the thread where they announced the new dates open to book for 2020-21 and decided to check what would be going on (if anything) in my home port of San Juan, Puerto Rico. I already knew that FOTS would be changing from Saturdays to Sunday sailings along Carnival's Fascination. I noticed the Jewel OTS would be arriving to San Juan in Nov. 2018 for her winter season from Rome (which looks like a great TA intinerary). But I also noticed that the JOTS's winter season would be very short since she repositions to Miami on the second sailing from SJ. Freedom stays the lone RCL ship in PR until the Vision sails all the way from Los Angeles on a 15 night repo cruise on Dec. 1, 2019. I thought it was a bit late in the winter season to arrive and did some digging and found two things:

There are no Freedom sailings between her arrival in SJ on Jan. 19 through her next listed sailing from SJ on Feb 23, 2020. There are no repo or non closed-loop sailings listed. Is there info out there about her dry dock already? Also, Vision OTS's sailing do not end with the winter season since she has listed sailings into mid April 2020. Are they home porting her in SJ for the time being?

It's been reported here that Freedom's dry dock is Jan 19, 2020 to Feb 23, 2020.
