Ovation OTS - Suite Perks

I have a Grand Loft suite booked on the Ovation for November 2018. I see that the suite offers the ultimate beverage package as a perk. Is Specialty Dining also included as a perk for this suite?

From Singapore and Sydney it's included, but I'm not so sure about the China departures (if November it could be a Hong Kong departure which may be different).

Other people have reported getting starbucks for free and some have said that as soon as they flash their black card they haven't had to pay for anything on board.
