I am considering booking this cruise but have never been on a cruise before much less a 'hosted singles' one. I was looking at the match program and was told there is a lady from NY available to room with. My question is what is the value with doing the hosted single versus just going it alone? I looked at the pricing and for me to have my own inside cabin (not studio with lounge) its $100 cheaper. Has anyone had luck with the rooming program and the hosted cruises versus just regular cruising?

I was thinking that too but then I couldn't do the singles activities. Being it's my first cruise I'm wondering if that is worth the trouble of sharing

you COULD get a roomate from h311, you still run into singles in the open areas, pools, clubs, casino, shows

Hi. Not sure if u booked but the solo singles group is open to anyone traveling alone. They have a time they meet in the evening in the studio area. I went the first night on Aug Escape cruise and met people that I saw several times during the week. The timing didnt work for me the rest of the week but it was a nice intro
