This is certainly not an original recipe. I got it off the Internet a few years ago, but it's easy . I usually double this.

1TBS instant espresso powder
1 TBS boiling water
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
2/3 c confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanililla
2 c flour
3/4 c mini chocolate chips
Confectioners sugar for dusting (optional)

1. Dissolve espresso in boiling water and set aside until it cools to tepid.
2. Beat butter and confectioners sugar
3. Beat in espresso and vanilla
4. Add flour
5. Fold in chocolate chips
6. Add to a 1 gallon ziplock. Leave top open. Roll to 1/4 inch thick. Refrigerate (2 hrs or up to 2 days)
7. Remove and discard plastic bag (I just cut it with scissors). Place dough on a cutting board. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
8. Line pans with parchment. Transfer cookies to pan.
9. Bake at 325 for 18-20 minutes.
Cookies will be pale, but good!)

9. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Bake 18-20 min.

In 5 quart pot, add water and olive oil to pot, boil 1 package of extra broad noodles. After cooking to package directions, drain noodles. Place back in pot. Add 1 stick butter or margarine and salt to taste.

Great recipe...I do something similar but to my butter I add olive oil so the butter will not burn ...cook the shrimp then pour the whole thing over the noodles and mix...it is such an easy recipe and so tasty !!!

Here's another one....

ELEPHANT STEW

1 medium sized elephant
2 rabbits (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Brown gravy

Cut elephant into bite-sized pieces. Add enough brown gravy to cover; add seasoning. Cook over kerosine fire about 4 weeks at 465degrees. This will serve 3,800 people.

If unexpected company arrives, the 2 rabbits may be added, but do this only in emergency. Most people don't like hare in their stew.
