No. Nothing newer than the R-class ships have one. Just by-the-piece, stuff-a-bag, or unlimited for the cruise service.

Unlimited laundry is $7/cruise day or $20/bag in North America. European charges are $9/cruise day or $30/bag. Laundry charges cover the stateroom.

Highly recommend Oosterdam laundry service. Just recently used unlimited laundry for an extended cruise. Will be using ship laundry from now on. I could have packed a third of what I had.
