Getaway Review 11-26-17

How long did you wait on your bid? We booked for July 1 last week and bid on an upgrade. We are currently inside GTY. I’m starting to get nervous. We don’t mind inside (it’s a first for us) but we’re a week out and still no cabin assignment.

We are on the 7/1 sailing as well, and are still waiting to hear about the upgrade as well. Hopefully they will not wait to the last minute,

We like both cruise lines, and always have a good time on either but my opinion is that it really depends on the ship you book. We had one of our best cruises ever last year on the Carnival Vista, it was so much fun. If I had to pick, I’d pick Carnival. Plus Carnival’s breakfast and lunch options are 2nd to none.
