Best Place For Braids/beads

Can anyone suggest the best place to have your hair braided w/ beads. My daughter likes to have the front half braided w/beads.:)

I don't know who braids hair in town. But I just have to tell you something.

A friend of mine here is from Boston and his license plate says 1PATSFAN.

I live in the Keys (but not Key West) and have never seen a place that braids hair either, maybe a hair salon??

What can I say us New Englander's are all #1PATSFAN's, tell your friend a fellow Bostonian says "GO PATS" should be a great season.

We just returned from KW. There is a place for braids right across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe. It is a patio with little booths of different vendors. As you face the vendors, it is on the far left side right near the man with the parrots, snakes, and iguana!

The only place I can think of is the vendors mentioned already here.

You might be better off at another port, price wise.

We had my daughter's hair braided there at the booth by the 'reptiles.' It was higher than other ports but they did do a good quality job and it held up great...plus was convienent...so much more to do at other ports...good use of time in Key West.

Just a few added thoughts...

The advantage to having braiding done in Key West is you're still in the US and under the health regulations that protect you. I've heard some nasty stories about braiding on some of the islands. Not everyone has problems of course but some have had some.

Also, if by any chance you're cruising Disney, they do hair braiding on the ship.
