Hotel Question

Looking at the Hampton Inn Coconut Grove/ Coral Gables. Driving in for the night before our Nov. 5 Allure OTS cruise. Any info on this location would be appreciated. Safe area, restaurants close by, etc. Thanks.

It's a nice location. The 2 places you would probably want to go hang out would be CocoWalk and Merrick Park. I'd suggest CocoWalk. It's a 20 - 30 minute walk from the hotel but I would advise driving. Loads of restaurants and entertainment at CocoWalk and the immediate area around it.

Cocowalk is near by, so is the Merrick Park/Miracle Mile area. Personally I prefer Miracle Mile. Also you are close enough to Brickell to either Uber or drive there as well. It is a very centrally located area as long as you are ok with using a car/uber and not set on walking.
