I think that having a tuba on board might be very helpful at times. When your toilet does not flush, just place the Bell of the tuba ( see tuba picture for bell) over the bowl of the toilet and blow real hard. The toilet should flush then. Repeat if necessary.

Can I Bring My Tuba and play it on the Balcony ? Like after 11pm?

Sorry. I see so many idiotic posts, I thought I might add one.

Actually, realistically, are musical instruments on the list of banned items to bring onboard?

Yes you can.

I bring my bugle on cruises. And enjoy playing reveille when the sun comes up. Sometimes, if I’m up late at night, I play taps... Play it on my balcony.

Good luck, and enjoy your cruise. :)

I'm sorry but you missed the fact that one must also be wearing sandals with black dress knee socks. Sheesh... How hard is it really to adhere to the dress standards.

I thought the Princess standard was an imitation Island shirt, tucked in, with the pants waist hiked up to the middle of the parrot band. I have seen it more than once.

If you do, magic elf will announce he's putting you on his ignore list.

However, he's obsessed with tubas, and will keep making back-handed

slams about tubas for months.

And, sorry -- don't feel too special being on his ignore list. It's already populated

with every other poster here. Hopefully, including me.

And yet he still seems to read and respond to all of them.

Oh joy! Now I have justification to bring my bagpipes! My wife will be thrilled!:D

I guarantee that she will insist I only play on the balcony with the door closed.;)

Nope....drones are banned....ha ha ha.

Just promise you won' play a 3/4 and stick with jigs and reels.

For a while I thought you won the prize for the most idiotic post. Then I remember those people who post about how they break the rules------like smuggling liquor onboard.

As to you real question------I do know you can take a ukulele aboard for a Hawaiian cruise.

I was thinking a sailor's hornpipe would be more appropriate while we are on board!:D
And the tuba would definitely have to play the Love Boat Theme at sailaway - but 1/2 step off the key the ship uses.

Or sound like a foghorn on a sunny day. It would drive the bridge crew nuts...
