RCI Problem - Need Assistance

I have a Accounting problem with RCI going back to Feb 2016 and after speaking to numerous people in Guest Relations...my problem is still not resolved.

 

I would like to reach out to someone higher in command, possibly Michael Bayley..I'm fed up with Guest Relations.

 

Can anyone provide me with an address for Mr. Bayley or another contact that I can contact.

Post-Cruise Customer Service...(800) 256-6649

 

Executive Guest Advocate...(866) 440-7225

 

Hope you're able to have your concern settled to your satisfaction.

I agree Post Cruise was able to take care of a couple issues once we got home. All my refunds from over charging and items never delivered were refunded to my credit card. Took about 2ish weeks.

I put cash into my OBC back in October 2014. When the cruise was over I still had a cash credit over 100.00 and I am still waiting for my refund

Did you try to get that cash returned to you at end of cruise while still onboard? Try one of the contacts I listed above...you've waited much too long...no excuse for this...best of luck :)

Did you really say October 2014??? Have you sent any ANY emails and created a case number or only spoken on the phone with people?

 

Hang up the phone! Creat a paper trail starting with a formal report and the confirmation # they immediately send.

Either that last $100 was non-refundable, or they have made a mistake. Did you ever call the cruise line?

My contact has been Post-Cruise Customer Service and after speaking to at least 8 different people...I still have no results.

 

This is regarding a LOC issued by AON Ins and RCI from a cruise that I had to cancel last year that I had purchased RCI Cruise Protection. I'm trying to apply that LOC to a future reservation and RCI is saying their Acctg. Dept have made numerous errors and now need to research their errors before they will apply the LOC to my future reservation.

 

Really sloppy service....I will take this issue to the next level.
