Visa needed for UK guests?

we are travelling on azamara journey docking in colombo two nights do we need a 48 hour vivsa or a 30 day one azamara say usa and canadian cruisers can obtain a free one on board but is this the same for uk travellers

we are on azamara november travelling to Colombo for two night stay do we need a 48 hour visa or a 30 day visa ,48 hour visa says one entry, Azamara says USA and Canadian cruisers can obtain a free 48 hr visa on board can UK guests do this as well:cool:

As it says you can get a visa on arrival, I would guess that Azamara would get it for you. I googled US visitors to Sri Lanka and found the same information as for UK visitors - you can get a visa beforehand or when you arrive. Sounds to me as if Azamara will get visas for UK, US & Canadian.
