On our cruise in the spring on the Glory they had for sale large insulated cups that cost in the neighborhood of $20 to $30. I know they sold them on lido where they were selling bottomless bubbles packages on embarkation day.. Anyone see them lately or buy them.? Would they fill them as part of the bottomless bubbles program?

What if you brought your own insulated cup. What they fill that?

Yes they will. The trick is to take them directly to the bartender, who will rinse them out then fill will your BB order. Wandering servers tend not to do this for fear of confusing which passengers a cup belongs to. Instead they will bring a standard bar glass worth, then offer to pour the soda or juice into the other cup or tumbler.
