Free Wifi?

Please explain advertising free wifi on all your advertising material which we found out only shortly before boarding silver muse was free wifi for an hour each day. The cost to have free wifi was exorbitant and even then totally useless

My apologies if there was any misunderstanding regarding the WiFi and the charges associated. WiFi restrictions can vary depending on various elements including ship, voyage and suite.

As of today, aboard Silver Muse we offer Unlimited Internet access for guests in Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand, and Owner's Suites. For guests in Vista, Terrace, and Veranda Suites, we offer one hour complimentary access per guest/per day.

Hi Mark,

My understanding is that two wifi services are offered ie slow and faster and as I understand faster is chargeable.

What is the minimum download and upload speeds customers should expect when paying for the faster service please?
