Silversea skipping Gibraltar?

I have seen a report that Silversea is skipping calls at Gibraltar prior to going to Spanish ports. The Spanish authorities recently refused permission for certain cruise ships to call at Spanish ports if they had previously stopped at Gibraltar.

Best wishes. Tony

Hi Tony

Yes, I have a friend on Silver Wind at the moment from Lisbon to Barcelona and she missed Gibraltar and spent two days in Malaga. There have been other changes to schedules on other cruiselines too. I also have friends on Celebrity Galaxy Transatlantic and they are missing out Gibraltar too.

Great way for Spain to continue this long running feud with Gibraltar icon_frown.gif.
