Deleting Messages On "My NCL"

I've had the same messages on "My NCL" since March. When I log into my account I alway's see a new message. However once I click on it its just the one from March. Is their anyway to delete them once you read them?

I've never figured out how to delete them, so I would also be interested if someone has.

There should be an option that says "mark as read." That usually removes the new message alert for me.

Open it, read it, and then click the "X" in the upper right. That removes them from the alert, though they remain in your mailbox if you ever want to reference them again.

That is the way I deal with them. Only when you get a new message are you alerted. They are still there for you to go back to till you actually sail.

This is how I get rid of them. Took me forever to figure that out and did it a couple of weeks ago by accident.

Really? You’ve clicked the individual hearts on each one? It’s the same heart you click to add it to favorites.

JUST realized...was clicking wrong heart :o Thanks...so much...got it now ;)

It's not an app, it a web page so there is nothing to delete. Even with the NCL app, it just connects to the database and pulls all of your info when you log in.

I could never get them to go away. I tried clicking everything to no avail.
