Jacksonville Port Parking

Other than saving a dollar, what would be the benefits of prepaying parking at the Port of Jacksonville? Do you get to bypass a line with prepaid parking? Prepaid for a four day cruise is $66.74 and total for same day pay is $68. :rolleyes: Thanks.

Good eye. I completely missed that the prepaid option adds tax AND a service fee, but no service fee when paid at the terminal.

Now, I'm also wondering what gives? Are you guaranteed admittance in case the lot fills up (not sure how many cars can be accommodated, so forgive me if that's near impossible), even though it states on Jaxport website that reservations are not required?
