Paid upgrade

Just got a paid upgrade offer on my 12/24 Eurodam cruise and I’m so excited. We upgraded from a Va verandah to a Neptune suite for $799 per adult. There are 4 of us and my kids stayed the same.

 

This is our fourth cruise as a family and we’ve always had a verandah. I’m excited most for the extra space and the free laundry I think.

 

Oh happy day. 12days until the cruise and 11 until we fly down to Florida, but whose counting?

Two things:

 

 

1. Holland America staff refer to them as "paid upgrade"

2. We have been able to cruise in verandahs and oceanviews, even after having experienced a suite. YMMV.

Ditto. Now that we are 4* and get the free laundry and priority boarding and tendering, I doubt we'll book a NS ever again. We'd rather spend the difference elsewhere.

just got offered upsell of $949 PP to go from Verandah to Neptune...we thought it was too pricy...but wish you a great cruise
