Norwegian Sky Drink Package Question

My fiance' and I are going on the Norwegian Sky next month. With the booking, it includes the Ultimate Beverage Package. My question is, are tips included in the price for the cruise since the drinks are included? Or do we have to pay the 18% tip for each drink?

There are no additional tips charged when you get a drink. You can leave a dollar on the bar which would be appreciated.

Since we are creatures of habit, that extra buck sometimes means that our drinks are ready for us on the bar when we get to the front of the line,,, without being asked.

There's really no "drink package" on Sky. The whole ship is open bar.
