Going to Antigua Dec. 21st on Carnival. Looking for best place to snorkel and see colorful coral or pretty fish.

The best place is the reef off Cades Bay. Take a sail/snorkel tour, either with an official Antiguaian operator of via the Ship. Make shure the Ship does Cades Bay.

The trips usually includes a BBQ lunch and drinks, with an open bar on the return sail.

Note: For those who wish to snorkel, no drinks are served prior to the experience.

Good variety of fish, but the reef is slowly dying and eroding, so best to do it now before the end comes.

Prices usually $100/150 pp

there is antigua reef riders which you can go out with a guide to cades bay. My husband and I did that last year and it was great. Good snorkeling and we are picky snorkelers. You drive the riders out to the reef, hop off and then snorkel. The company is WCT antigua reef riders. A lot cheaper then the $150 tours. It is for a couple of hours but it really is fun.
