Not a dedicated Three Card Poker table in the way that you are asking. The Casino's on the R ships are too small for that.

Two of the three "card tables" are generally Blackjack with a lower and a higher buy in, while the third table cycles through various poker variations.

That said, the Casino Managers want to keep the tables full, they try to play what the punters want to play.
