My brother spends an an arm and a leg for business or FC whenever he flies but when you are 6ft 9, you kind of have to. He literally can't sit in a coach seat.

At 5’, I fit perfectly well into an economy seat.
On the trip back from Saigon, I decided to upgrade to economy plus and found it was definitely not worth it. I felt so bad for the man in the middle seat between Barry and me. He was over 7’ tall and barely had room for his knees -a basketball player on a Japanese team. I’ll leave the seats for those who really need them. And I think it’s terribly unfair to charge those people for the room they need.

WOW! Only $500 R/T! What a deal, Lucille! But seriously, Arlene, that is a good deal. I hate to tell you what we are paying for our flights to Australia and Israel.

Our TA, using those consolidator fares (what Arlene referred to as “group” fares) just booked a nice lady from SEA to LAX on Alaska Air and then nonstop to Tel Aviv on El Al for only $900. Always pays to check with your TA (a real one that you an trust) before you book. Sometimes they can do better and sometimes they can’t.

Just in case you hadn't heard, Celebrity has a sale going on today on select shore excursions and specialty dining. A Celebrity rep told me you can purchase 2 specialty dinners and a lunch for $100 per person. This doesn't apply to all cruises, e.g. it doesn't apply to the Edge. This sale will end in about 4 hours.
